The following arrests were reported in Baxley and Appling County from October 16 to October 22.
On October 16, the Appling County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) arrested Craig Allen Beasley, 42, of Baxley, on the charge of aggravated stalking.
October 17, the ACSO arrested Ronald Justin Quinn, 53, of Baxley, on the charge of failure to appear for finger printable charge- felony.
October 17, the Baxley Police Department (BPD) arrested Derick Taylor, 61, of Baxley, on the charges of willful obstruction of law enforcement officers- misdemeanor and disorderly conduct- local ordinance.
October 17, the ACSO arrested Emma Michua Garcia, 40, of Norcross, on the charge of driving without a valid license (misdemeanor).
October 17, the Georgia State Patrol (GSP) arrested William Cohen Tyre, 18, of Odum, on the charges of DUI- driving under the influence of alcohol, open container in vehicle, operating low speed vehicles on highway.
October 17, the ACSO arrested Collyn Michael Ward, 17, of Jesup, on the charge of furnishing, purchasing, and possession of alcoholic beverage below legal age.
October 17, the ACSO arrested Jessica Lynne Willis, 37, of Baxley, on the charges of DUI- driving under the influence of drugs and improper tag display.
October 18, the ACSO arrested Mindy Gayle Jones- Crosby, 47, of Hazlehurst, on the charges of driving without a valid license (misdemeanor), failure to stop at a stop sign, no proof of insurance (motor vehicle), possession of methamphetamine.
October 18, the ACSO arrested Chaina Celeste Mansfield, 27, of Screven, on the charge of probation violation (when probation terms are altered) for finger printable charge.
October 19, the ACSO arrested Danielle Dominique Mason, 40, of Baxley, on the charge of theft by conversion- felony.
October 19, the BPD arrested Jacob Harold Harper, 37, of Hazlehurst, on the charges of failure to appear (failure to maintain lane) and failure to appear (expired or no license plate or decal).
October 19, the ACSO arrested Antoine Corvet Jones, 47, of Macon, on the charge of probation violation (when probation terms are altered) for finger printable charge.
October 19, the ACSO arrested Cheryl Ann Newmans, 51, of Baxley, on the charges of DUI- driving under the influence of drugs and taillights required.
October 19, the BPD arrested Brian Dale Smith, 47, of Baxley, on the charges of public drunk and riding on roadways and bicycle paths.
October 19, the BPD arrested Ricky Mitchel Aldridge, 62, of Baxley, on the charges of possession and use of drug related objects, DUI- driving under the influence of drugs, failure to drive within single lane, and failure to exercise due care.
October 19, the BPD arrested Margarito Hernandez Ibarra, 41, of Lyons, on the charge of driving without a valid license (misdemeanor).
October 20, the ACSO arrested Mathis Wesley Ponder, 68, homeless, on the charges of theft by deception- felony and two counts forgery- 3rd degree (felony).
October 20, the ACSO arrested Daniel Adam Strickland, 52, of Surrency, on the charge of probation violation (when probation terms are altered) for finger printable charge.
October 20, the ACSO arrested Joseph Walter Woodard, 54, of Waycross, on the charges of failure to register as sex offender/failure to comply with requirements/provided and probation violation (when probation terms are altered) for finger printable charge.
October 20, the ACSO arrested Willie Gene Bryant, 48, of Baxley, on four counts probation violation (when probation terms are altered) for finger printable charge.
October 20, the BPD arrested Carl Ryals, 68, of Baxley, on the charges of possession of a schedule II-controlled substance and standards for brake lights and signal devices.
October 21, the ACSO arrested Joseph Leon Barber, 60, of Baxley, on the charge of DUI- driving under the influence of drugs.
October 21, the ACSO housed Joseph Gabriel Kelly, 37, of Hinesville, for Long County Sheriff’s Office.
October 22, the ACSO housed Timothy Jawaun Shellman, 39, of Kingsland, for Charlton County Sheriff’s Office.
October 22, the ACSO arrested Regina Holton Robinson, 56, of Hazlehurst, on the charge of drug court sanction.
October 22, the ACSO arrested Joshua Clarence Holloway, 41, of Tifton, on the charge of probation violation (when probation terms are altered) for finger printable charge.
October 22, the ACSO arrested Danielle Nicole Nails, 34, of Baxley, on five counts theft by deception- felony.
October 22, the ACSO arrested William Jerrod Quinn, 46, of Baxley, on the charge of drug court sanction.
