Appling Christian Academy hit the court for a demanding November schedule, facing Faith Baptist, Trinity Christian, and Crossroads Christian in a series of high-energy matchups.
Faith Baptist 81, Appling Christian 39
Tuesday, November 4 – Ludowici
Appling Christian opened the stretch on the road, falling to a strong Faith Baptist squad. Jaden Drake led the Eagles with 16 points, while Zay Anderson added 8 and Braylen Brooks scored 5. Anderson also recorded 6 rebounds, followed by Kaiden Christianson with 4 and Drake with 4.
Faith Baptist delivered a balanced scoring effort behind Gerald Boyd’s 20 points, Aidan Massey’s 14, and Gordon Boyd’s 13 to secure the home victory.
Trinity Christian 58, Appling Christian 52
Monday, November 10 – Statesboro
In a tight battle, Appling Christian pushed Trinity Christian to the final minutes before falling 58–52. The Eagles were led by a standout performance from Jaden Drake, who scored 23 points and dominated the boards with 21 rebounds. Braylen Brooks added 12 points and 4 assists, while Zay Anderson scored 11.
Defensively, Blake Tomlinson pulled down 11 rebounds.
Trinity’s attack was paced by Nathan Suchovsky with 25 points and four steals, while Isaac Sherrod contributed 13 points, eight rebounds, and three steals.
Appling Christian 86, Crossroads 28
Friday, November 14 – Baxley
The Eagles closed out the stretch with a dominant home win over Crossroads Christian. Zay Anderson with 17 points, shooting 8-for-16 from the field and collecting four steals. Kade Harvey posted a game-high 24 points, knocking down shots at an impressive 71% from the field. Jaden Drake added 15 points, and Kohen Klymshyn finished with 10 as Appling Christian controlled the game from start to finish.
