The Appling 10U football team won the District Championship on Tuesday, November 18. In the championship, they defeated Long County by a score of 36 – 6. In the tournament’s early rounds, they defeated Jeff Davis 28 – 8, Clinch County 36-0, and McIntosh County 52 – 6.
They will play in the State tournament in Tifton on December 6 and 7.
