The Kelsey Rayner Sr. Justice for Medical Neglect Foundation, Inc. is officially launching on Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., establishing a vital new resource for families impacted by medical neglect across Southeast Georgia and dedicated to seeking justice for Kelsey Rayner Sr.

Mae Joyner, Mr. Rayner’s mother, warmly invites local friends, family, and conservative citizens to a launch party at her home, 731 M.L.K. JR. AVENUE, Baxley, GA. 31513. This event celebrates the foundation’s inception and offers an opportunity to meet board members and family.
