Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed executed by Robert A. Hill and Billy Head, in favor of United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, said security instrument being recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia on August 11, 1978 in Deed Book 181 at Page 508, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $345,960.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Appling County, Georgia within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2025, the following described property:
