Scaredy Cats
Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! The state of affairs in society is equivalent to Dorothy, Scarecrow, Cowardly Lion, and the Tin Man on the Wizard of Oz. People are scared of everything. Whether it’s nature, germs, other people, or the dark people walk around in a constant state of fear. The media keeps fear as the top news of the day to push whatever agenda the government is pushing at the time. Controlling the masses through fear is an age-old tactic. Social control is best managed through fear.
Societal fear is rampant as well. This is a major contributor to sheep herd mentality. People are scared to go against the flow. They fear rejection, standing alone against the crowd, and the backlash that comes along with standing for what is right regardless of society’s opinion on the subject matter. If you question the narrative of the greasy, easy to swallow lies that Big Pharma, the media, and the government feeds everyone you are ostracized. For some unknown reason people are afraid of that. Maybe I am good at being loner because it does not bother me one bit. I am just as happy to stand alone for what I know is right as Br’er Rabbit was when they threw him in the briar patch and he hopped off saying born in the briar patch!
You might wonder why fear comes so easy; case in point, millions are experiencing terrible side effects from the COVID-19 vaccine. Heart attacks, strokes, blood clots, and cancer just to name a few. Most doctors will not admit that is the problem. Accepting truth and leaving the crowd is hard because thinking for yourself is harder than going with what your taught. People do not like to admit they are wrong. There is overwhelming scientific evidence that a lot the medications pushed down society’s throat causes major harm. Doctors will not do their own independent research, but take what the FDA and CDC tells them as the truth. They are afraid of ridicule and backlash. They are also paid to dispense some of these drugs. People tell me all the time I see what you post on Facebook and I like it, but do not say anything because I don’t want to get in trouble on Facebook. I will share the truth regardless of the backlash. It all goes back to social control. Weak fearful people are easier to control than strong, independent free thinkers.
We need to be raising lions not scaredy cats. A generation that will question their narrative and are not afraid to think for themselves. The one who follows the crowd will go no further than the crowd. One of my favorite George Carlin quotes is “never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups,” aka the crowd. When lies are exposed and people are forced to see the truth, they like to put it off on that’s too much negativity. Sometimes the truth is ugly and scary, but the truth and God’s word will still stand when the world is on fire. There is an old saying that a lie has made it halfway around the world while the truth is still putting its shoes on.
God did not put us here to live in a state of fear. I refuse to be afraid of things on this Earth. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment- Hebrews 9:27. We all have the ticket, but we do not know when it will be punched. Until our number is called, we need not fear what can harm our body, feelings, or pocketbook, but instead have a reverential fear of the one who holds eternity. Men’s hearts are failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken (Luke 21:26a).
