LARRY R. “FROG” WILLIAMS

Larry R. “Frog” Williams, 68, of Baxley passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Appling Healthcare.
Larry was born April 10, 1958 in Appling County to the late Claude “Buck” Williams, Jr. and the late Mary Graham Williams. He was a farmer and member of Red Oak Baptist Church.
Survivors include his children, Jamie (Cindy) Williams and Christy Sellers both of Baxley; sisters, Jennie Drawdy of Graham and Susan (Dwain) Sellers of Baxley; brothers, Glenn Williams and Stacey (Cathy) Williams both of Baxley; grandchildren, Callie (Dillan) Bryant, Emily (Cody) Spikes, Christian (Jaleigh) Sellers, Maddie Williams and Marklee Latham; a great grandchild, Taleigh Sellers, arriving in the Fall; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services were held Saturday, July 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Red Oak Baptist Church with Rev. Robbie Gill & Rev. Denny Waters officiating and a eulogy by Zack Williams. Interment followed in the church cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Christian Sellers, Dillan Bryant, Cody Spikes, Jason Griffin, Zack Williams and Will Smith.
Honorary pallbearers were Joan Miles, Ryan Perry, Bryan Perry, and Scotty Turner.
Musical selections were rendered by Elaine Edwards.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Swain Funeral Home.
