Maggie Williams

Mrs. Maggie Williams was born on June 15, 1964, to the late Collis and Lois McKenzie. She attended Thankful New Jersey Missionary Baptist Church during her childhood. After marriage, she attended White Pine Holiness Church in Glennville, Georgia. Maggie devoted several years of her life as a caregiver to her son. She lived a life marked by quiet strength, unconditional love, and deep care for others. Her kindness touched everyone around her.
Maggie was preceded in death by her parents, Collis and Maggie McKenzie; brother, Collis McKenzie, Jr.; grandparents, Paul and Maggie McKenzie and Leavy Sr. and Hattie Carter; stepson, Dantrell.
Maggie’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of her husband: Donnie Williams; children: Daniel McKenzie, Jodeci McKenzie, Dianna McKenzie, Mallory McKenzie and Erica McKenzie; stepchildren: Donna, TaRandall, DeeAnna, Hakeem, Shaqueen; siblings: Charlotta (Gregory) Reynolds, Collis (Karen) McKenzie and Kevin McKenzie; sisters-in-law: Georgia Mae Williams, Tracy(Matt) Joyce, Janie Walthour, Rebecca Lovett and Annette Lovett; brother-in-law: Willie Williams; aunts: Agnes Sellers, Mary (Zackrus) Walton, Linda(Ron) Berry and Vanessa Rucker; uncles: Charles(Pauline) Carter, Rubin(Patricia) Carter, Billy(Etha) Carter and Raymond Carter; grandchildren: Kwame McKenzie, Jaquez McKenzie, Jaquan McKenzie, LaKayla Harris, Tristan Bass, Samaria McKenzie, Gavin Bass, D’Anthony Jordan, Azarriyah McKenzie, Gunner Bass, Gabriel Bass, Demery Jordan, Nevaeh Bass, Nehemiah McKenzie, Jeremiah McKenzie, Legend McKenzie and Kehlani McKenzie; godchildren: Jarvis Lovett, Tykeyah Clark, Tre Bacon and Ashley Joyce; special nieces and nephews: Tasha McKenzie, Shawanda Walton, Julisa Donahue, Whitley McKenzie, Seterria McKenzie, Brandon McKenzie and Troy McKenzie; she will also be missed by other family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life was held Thursday, June 26, 2025, at the Thankful New Jersey Baptist Church and burial followed in the Old Field Cemetery.
CM Brown Funeral was in charge of the arrangements for Mrs. Maggie Williams.
