NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER IN SECURITY DEED
By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Promissory Note and Deed to Secure Debt from STACY HALL (Grantor) to INTERSTATE CREDIT UNION (Grantee), dated April 18, 2019, and is recorded in Deed Book 562, Pages 332-347, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the courthouse of the Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia, located in Baxley, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale, on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 the following described property:
All that certain tract or parcel of land lying, being and situate in Land Lot 304, Second Land District, Appling County, Georgia, containing 4.39 acres, more or less. Said property is more fully shown and described according to a plat of survey by Adam H. Evans, RLS, entitled “Survey for Donald Graham Hall”, dated July 12, 2016, and recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 140, Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Appling County, Georgia; Said play and the description thereon are incorporated herein by reference for all intents and purposes. Said property is bounded, now or formerly, as follows: On the North by land of Kim Eugene Williams; On the Northeast by the right-of-way of the Graham Zoar Road; On the South and West by other land of Donald Graham Hall.

The debt secured by said Promissory Note and Deed to Secure Debt, has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, nonpayment of the installments on said contract. Because the debt remains in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorneys’ fees.
The sale will be conducted subject (1) to confirmation that the sale is not prohibited under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and (2) to final confirmation and audit of the status of the loan with the holder of the security deed.
Notice has been given of intention to collect attorney’s fees in accordance with the terms of the note secured by said deed.
Said property will be sold as the property of STACY HALL, subject to the terms and conditions of said Promissory Note, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, subject to (1) all covenants, easements, rights-of way and restrictions or encumbrances of record; (2) matters which would be disclosed by survey; (3) zoning ordinances; and (4) ad valorem taxes and assessments which may constitute liens against the property, whether or not due and payable and the proceeds of said sale will be applied to the payment of said indebtedness, the expense of said sale, all as provided in said deed, and the undersigned will execute a deed to the purchaser as provided in the aforementioned Security Deed.
