Gwenell Roland Gay

Mrs. Gwenell Roland Gay, 80, born on June 22, 1945, of Alma, passed away peacefully at home on December 2, 2025, after an extended illness. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who adored her family, and she loved to make you laugh.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James Roland, Sr., and Ida Gordon Roland, and daughter, Pamela Gail Love.
Survivors include her sons, Alan Royce Burnell of Alma and David Randolph Gay, Jr. of Woodbine; daughter, Diane Gay Robinson of Brunswick; sister, Geraldine Seaton of Florida; grandchildren, Clyde Vernon Daniels, Jr, and Cassidy Daniels, Christopher Randolph Daniels, Jason Waylon Robinson, Joseph Lee Robinson, Diamond Nicole Robinson, Chris Love, Jr., Christy Brown, and Matthew Gay; great-grandchildren, Gracie Brown, Kassen Robinson, Hunter Ward, Johnny Wayne, Randolph Godsey, and Deliah Godsey.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Nobles Funeral Home with Chaplain Ryan Wilson officiating.
