Deborah Lambert-Hook

Ms. Deborah Lambert-Hook, 70, passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025, at her residence in Waycross, after an extended illness. Ms. Deborah was a native of Hazlehurst, a resident of Waycross, and a Machine Operator at Morgan’s Box Company for several years. She was a member of Bible Heritage Pentecostal Holiness Church in Waycross, a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Otis and Willie Nell Rowell.

Survivors include her sons, Matt (Lesa) Rowell of Temple, TX, Raymond Theron Freeman of Daytona, FL, and Timothy Cobb; grandchildren, Lauren Freeman, Raymond Freeman, and Alexia Freeman, Alan Rowell, Sadie Rowell, Samuel Rowell, and Jarrett Rowell.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at the Satilla Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Jeff Davis County, with Reverend Randy Richardson officiating. Visitation was held at the graveside an hour before the service.
