Linda Miller Martin, 78, of Baxley and formerly of Buford, passed away Monday, October 6, 2025 at her residence under the care of Comfort Care Hospice.
Mrs. Martin was born June 10, 1947 in Atlanta, to the late Preston Mobley Miller and the late Marjorie Olivia Humphrey Miller. She attended Woodlawn Baptist Church in Baxley and was retired from the Internal Revenue Service. Mrs. Martin had a great love for her pets and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wayne Martin, daughter, Misty Chouinard, and brother, Rodney Miller.
Survivors include her son, Chuck (Angela) Martin of Baxley; and two grandchildren, Dana Martin and Dalton Martin.
Funeral services were held Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Daniels officiated and a musical selection was rendered by Dalton Martin.
A graveside service was held Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. at Gravel Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Buford with Dr. Bill Coates officiating.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Swain Funeral Home of Baxley and Flanigan Funeral Home of Buford.
