Jim L. Bush, Jr.

Mr. Jim L. Bush, Jr., 53, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at his residence. He was a native of Lakeland, FL, and had lived in Baxley for the past several years. He was employed as a sales associate at Bob’s Do It Best Supply in Baxley for the past few years. He loved fishing, his car, and most of all, “he loved to talk.” Mr. Jim was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Jim L. and Janet Sue (Prunty) Bush.

Survivors include his wife, Michele Jenkins Bush; stepsons, Ricky (Autumn) Cleland and Levi Powell of Baxley; stepdaughters, Ashley (Stevie) Ferguson of Rossville, GA, Sabrina (T.J.) Arnold and Starr Perez of Baxley. Sister, Renae Michelle Hutcheson, and Niece Angel Janae Hutcheson of Baxley. Along with several grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Nobles Funeral Home.
Memorialization will be by cremation after the Celebration of Life Service.
