Greg Anthony Previto

 

Greg Anthony Previto, 69, of Baxley and formerly of Suffolk, VA, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at his residence.

Mr. Previto was born on July 4, 1956, in Mobile, Alabama, to the late Joseph Previto and the late Grace Graham Previto. He worked as a civil engineer with the Army Corp of Engineers. He was a model airplane and train hobbyist and was a member of Bethlehem Christian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Donna Previto of Baxley, mother-in-law, Cherry Morris of Baxley; sister-in-law, Beth (Mike) McPherson of Kamas, UT; niece, Caroline McPherson of Baton Rouge, LA; nephew, Carter McPherson of Manhattan, NY; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
A memorial service was held Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with Rev. Bryan Gill and Rev. Ryan Lamb officiating.

Musical selections were rendered by Caroline & Carter McPherson, Rev. Bryan Gill, Ethan Hutchinson, and Travis Barnes.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
