Romario Garcia

 

Romario Garcia, 30, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Romario was born December 4, 1994, in Ciudad Guzman, Mexico, and was a resident of Appling County for the past twenty-two years. Romario was a 2017 graduate of Appling County High School and a member of the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.

Romario is survived by his parents, Armando Garcia Gutierrez and Maria Garcia Chavez of Baxley; sisters, Maria Garcia of Washington, D.C., and Teresa Garcia of Baxley; brother, Armando Garcia Jr. of Baxley, and nephew, Romario Beach of Baxley.
A funeral service was held Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. from the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with the Father Anthony Madanu and Father Raphael Estrada officiating.

Interment followed in the Appling Memorial Gardens.

Active Pallbearers were Armando Garcia, Juan Martinez, Alberto Martinez, Martin Balcazar, Emanuel Lopez, and Brandon Beach.

The family received friends Friday evening beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the chapel of Nobles Funeral Home.
