On Friday, January 13, members of the Appling County Sheriff’s Office and the Baxley Police Department conducted a search at 78 Kenny Lane. As a result, Earnest Lee Heller, 71, and Dametrice Antwon Heller, 21, were arrested.

Earnest and Dametrice Heller have been charged with violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act (VGCSA), possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of VGCSA within 1000 feet of park, and possession of drug related objects.
