Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the funeral service for Mr. Vernon H. Deloach, 76, who passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at Appling Healthcare. He was a lifelong resident of Appling County, a retired truck driver working part time with Folsom Farms, and a member of Zion Missionary Baptist Church.

Mr. Deloach is preceded in death by his parents, A.L. and Nettie Elizabeth Baxley Deloach; one granddaughter, Bonnie Elizabeth Johnson; two brothers, Billy Deloach and Benny Deloach.

Surviving are his three children, Richard (Amy) Deloach of Norman Park, Jodie Davis of Baxley, and Danielle Deloach of Baxley; nine grandchildren, Heath Deloach, Shawn Deloach, Spencer Deloach, Dustin Johnson, Erica Fales, Rylee Davis, Austin Woodard, Zachary Woodard, and Haley Morris; nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

The funeral service was be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. from the Zion Missionary Baptist Church with the Reverend Ronnie Rentz and Reverend Stephen Statum officiating with a Eulogy by Michael Beecher.

Interment followed in the Zion Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Deloach lay in state one hour prior to the funeral service on Thursday.

Active Pallbearers are Benjie Deloach, Linton Deloach, Heath Deloach, Shawn Deloach, Dustin Johnson, and Austin Woodard.

Honorary Pallbearers were Edsel and Jeannie Moody, Sandy Everly, Cotton Murray, Jimmy Miles, Donald Hunter, and Warren Moody.
