Nobles Funeral Home and Crematory announces the funeral services for Mrs. Jessie “Jess” Branch, 41, who passed away on Friday, October 9, 2020 at Memorial Hospital in Savannah. Mrs. Jessie was a lifelong resident of Appling County, a radiology tech with OPTIM Healthcare and a softball mom. Mrs. Jessie was a member of the Spring Branch Baptist Church, a devout Christian who loved the Lord and taught her children to love the Lord and always put others before herself.
Mrs. Branch is survived by her husband, Waylon Branch, son, Grayson “Bubba” Branch, daughter, Elizabeth “Seven” aka “Tootie” Branch, father, Frank Colton, mother, Mary Ann Forester, step father, Ron Tillman, mother-in-law, Patty Branch, father in law, Ronnie Branch, sister in law, Lindsey & Mark Beach and a nephew, A.T. Beach.
A funeral service was held Monday, October 12, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at the Spring Branch Baptist Church with the Reverend David Barber officiating.
The family received friends from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the Spring Branch Baptist Church.
Interment followed in the Zion Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
Active Pallbearers were Reggie Strickland, Greg Graham, Kevin Peacock, Llyod Johnson and Brad Plymel.
Honorary Pallbearers were Angel’s Gold and families, Lady Pirates and families, OPTIM Healthcare and A.C.H.S. Class of ’98.
All guests were asked to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines.
