Dana Leah Clements, 39, of Vidalia passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah.
Dana was born April 16, 1981 in Waycross and was a graduate of Appling County High School, Class of 1999. She was preceded in death by her mother, Aldine Clements.
Survivors include her son, Bryce Clements of Vidalia; her father, Esten Clements of Vidalia; her sister, Allyson Cauley of Baxley; her twin brother, Dane Clements of Baxley; sister-in-law, Carrie Passailaigue of Baxley; nephews, Carter Cauley, Alex Passailaigue, Jr., Andy Passailaigue, and Drew Clements; a niece, Kimber Clements; and her life partner, Freddie Stewart.
Funeral services were held Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Swain Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Williamson officiating. A eulogy was delivered by Leah Farrow.
Interment followed in Appling Memorial Gardens.
Active pallbearers were Carter Cauley, Ed Hart, Daniel Carter, Jared Griffin, Melinda Branch, and Chad Bullard.
Honorary pallbearers were the nurses, doctors, and hospice staff of Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Musical selections were rendered by The Beach Family.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
