Judge Kelly indicts nine

Superior Court Judge Stephen D. Kelly indicted nine individuals in Appling County Superior Court on June 14.

Spencer Evans Craven was indicted on two counts of child molestation, two counts of cruelty to children in the first degree and two counts of contributing to delinquency of a minor.

Jessica Nicole Belk was indicted for aggravated assault.

Ontario Duvunte Chappell was indicted for five counts of aggravated assault.

Gregory Dewayne Miller was indicted for child molestation.

Warren Spencer Hobbs, Jr. was indicted for aggravated cruelty to animals and burglary in the first degree.

Bruce Elbert Lee Jackson was indicted for two counts of obstruction of an officer.

Kim Travis Moore was indicted for obstruction of an officer and driving while license suspended.

Nicholas Gene Overstreet was indicted for exploitation and intimidation of a disabled adult, elder person or resident, simple battery and family violence.

Jayden Qortez Smith was indicted for home invasion, aggravated assault, cruelty to children in the second degree and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
