NOTICE OF PETITION TO FILE FOR YEAR’S SUPPORT

The Petition of Phyllis A. Upchurch for a year’s support from the estate of David W. Upchurch, Deceased, for Decedent’s Surviving Spouse having been duly filed, all interested persons are hereby notified to show cause, if any they have, on or before January 11, 2021, why said Petition should not be granted.

All objections to the Petition must be in writing, setting forth the grounds of any such objections, and must be filed on or before the time stated in the preceding sentence. All objections should be sworn to before a notary public or before a Probate Court Clerk, and filing fees must be tendered with your objections, unless you qualify to file as an indigent party. Contact Probate Court personnel for the required amount of filing fees. If any objections are filed, a hearing will be scheduled at a later date. If no objections are filed the Petition may be granted without a hearing.

NOTICE OF RIGHT OF REDEMPTION

RE: John L. Price, John L. Price Estate, and all heirs known and unknown of John L. Price

All that tract or parcel of land lying, being, and situated in Land Lot 474 of the Third Land District of Appling County, Georgia, consisting of 0.517 acre, mor or less, and being designated as Lot No. 6 of Block A on that certain survey and plat therof prepared Denean W. Dixon and Associates, certified by Denean W. Dixon, G.R.L.S. No. 1647, dated April 9, 1982, recorded in Plat Book 10, page 264, of the records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia, and incorporated herein for a more full and complete description and all other legal purposes. Said property is bounded, nor or formerly, as follows: North by Lot No. 19, Block A on the above referenced plat; East by Lot No. 7, Block A on the above referenced plat; South by County Road No. 336; and West by Lot No. 5, block A on the above referenced plat.

This being the same and identical property conveyed from George A. Robbins and Hilda A. Robbins to Cubie Hulion and Pamala Hulion by a Joint Tenancy Deed with Right of Survivorship, dated October 20, 2005, recorded in Deed Book 409, pages 405-406 of the records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia. Cubie Hulion is now deceased, having died a resident of DeFuniak Springs, Florida on March 25, 2010.

LESS AND EXCEPT that portion of the property conveyed to Appling County by Right of Way Deed from Carol Lynn Parker Stellar dated December 19, 2011, which is recorded in Deed Book 488, page 850, Appling County Clerk’s Records.

Conveyed subject to Restrictions and Covenants contained in Deed Book 230, page 45, Deed Book, 285, page 291, and Deed Book 286, page 464, of the records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia.

The above-described property is also the same as that conveyed to Carol Lynn Parker Stellar from Pamala Hulion by Warranty Deed dated May 13, 2010, which is recorded in Deed Book 467, page 593, Appling County Clerk’s Records.
