The total indebtedness secured by the Security Deed and evidenced by the Notes has been declared due and payable because of the failure of the Note borrower and Security Deed Grantor to comply with certain terms and conditions in said Notes and Security Deed, including failure to make timely payment under the Notes. Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in that deed to secure debt dated October 1, 2021 (the “Security Deed”) from M. Wilson Mobile Homes LLC and Monica D. Wilson to Robert L. PI Tower Development LLC is proposing to construct a new lattice style telecommunications tower at Golden Isles W, Graham, Appling County, GA, N 31° 49’ 48.5”, W 82° 29’ 59.7”.
