Appling County High School FBLA members continued to build their leadership skills and career readiness by attending the 2025 Georgia FBLA Fall Leadership Conference held November 18–19 in Athens, Georgia. The two-day event brought together student leaders from across the state for workshops, networking, competitions, and keynote presentations designed to strengthen future business and industry professionals.
During the conference, students participated in a variety of leadership training sessions covering topics such as communication, team building, goal setting, financial literacy, and career exploration. Members also had the opportunity to meet state officers, connect with chapters from other regions, and learn more about competitive events and service opportunities offered through FBLA.
In addition to leadership workshops, the conference featured general sessions highlighting the importance of career readiness, responsible decision-making, and developing a strong personal brand. Students also enjoyed exploring the Classic City and experiencing the collegiate atmosphere of the University of Georgia campus as students took a behind-the-scenes tour of Sanford Stadium.
