Saturday evening, downtown Baxley came to life as the annual Celebration of Light Christmas Parade, sponsored by the Baxley - Appling County Chamber of Commerce made its way through downtown streets. There were a number of beautifully decorated floats in this year’s parade. Immediatley following the parade, thousands flocked to the area behind the Baxley City Hall for the Annual Winter Wonderland. This event is sponsored by the City of Baxley and Baxley Better Hometown.
