Mr. and Mrs. Barry Oakes of Baxley are proud to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Karen D. Hutchinson, to Jody C. Crapps, son of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Joe Crapps of Baxley.

The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of the late Calvin R. McKinney, Sr. and Jewel A. McKinney of Baxley. As well as the paternal granddaughter of the late John Oakes and Dorothy Kerns of Reading, PA.

The groom-elect is the maternal grandson of the late Curtis and Elevenia Bratcher of Baxley. As well as the paternal grandson of Harley Crapps and the late Mamie Crapps of Baxley.

The wedding and reception will be held May 23 at the couple’s home, 45 Max Deen Drive in Baxley at 5:00 p.m. All family and friends are invited.
