Carrie D. and Harold J. Dubberly of Baxley proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Hailey Marie Dubberly. She was born at 7:45 p.m. on August 13 and weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces. She was delivered by Dr. John Crane at the Appling Healthcare System. Hailey joins older sister, Allyissia Lynn Dubberly, age 1. Hailey is the granddaughter of Robert and Marcia Nicoll of Fitchberg, Massachusetts, and of Patricia J. Dubberly of Baxley.
