Tina Marie and Hector Ruiz are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Kaci Alexandra Ruiz. Kaci was born July 17, 2008 at 4:03 a.m. in Appling HealthCare System. She weighed six pounds, four ounces and was 19-1/2 inches long. Attending physician was Dr. Catherine Jackson-Evans.

Maternal grandparents are Reonne and Jeff Tooley.

Paternal grandparents are Yolanda Valentine and Hector Ruiz.

Kaci was welcome home by her proud big sister, Cynthia Jade Ruiz.
