B. J. and I had a wonderful time in Pecos, Texas at the Judge Roy Bean Visitor’s Center but it was time to move on to more adventures.

We were sitting around Friday night after a Thanksgiving leftover meal when Helen’s and my niece told us she didn’t know what a peck is until recently.

Texas Highway 17 carried us north from I-10 through the Big Bend desert country and across I-20 to Pecos, Texas where we accessed U. S. 285 to carry us farther north to the Texas-New Mexico Border.
