During the first half of play, the Eagles made an immediate touchdown scoring six points after only playing two minutes and forty-five seconds. Dock Allen made the first down for the first quarter where he was recognized for his speed and mobility. With only 3:09 left in the first quarter, Cole Livingston scored an additional touchdown. At the end of the first quarter the Eagles had scored twelve points while the Knights fell behind with only seven. As the second quarter began,
Livingston scored his second touchdown of the night adding six more points with a two point conversion and totaling another eight points to put the Eagles up 26-7.
By the halftime break the Eagles had an amazing score of 34-14.
During the second half of play the Knights began by adding six more points at the 6:51 mark and an additional seven at the 5:05 mark. It didn’t take long for the Eagles to revamp and make a touchdown carried by Doc Allen. By the end of the third quarter, the Eagles still had the advantage over the Knights with a score of 40-27. As the final quarter began Micah McClintock scored a touchdown and with a two-point conversion raised the Eagles score to 48. Coty Weaver soon followed suit with a touchdown and with a two-point conversion made by Doc Allen making the score 56-39. As Cole Livingston made the final touchdown along with a field goal kick, the Eagles ended the game with a score of 62-39.
