Can you feel it? It’s hot, hot, hot!
Temperatures have been soaring the past few days in South Georgia and it appears that we will not have any relief from the extreme heat for a number of days.
Even though the forecast is calling for slight chance of rain daily for the remainder of the week, our best chance for rain is not expected to arrive until early next week.
Stay cool, if possible, and drink plenty of water over the next few days. The Georgia Forestry is still not issuing burn permits due to the dry conditions.
