TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Map & Parcel 00100-054L, all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 301, of the 2nd Land District of Appling County, Georgia, containing 2.51 acres, more or less, and more particularly described as follows: commence at the intersection of the South lot line of Lot 30 and the west right of way of Buck Head Road, thence north 00 degrees 30 minutes 45 seconds east a distance of 716.04 feet, thence north 01 minutes 28 seconds west a distance of 255.17 feet, thence north 90 degrees 00 minutes west a distance of 641.90 feet to the point of beginning, thence south 00 degrees 00 minutes east a distance of 298.71, thence north 89 degrees 29 minutes 15 seconds west a distance of 315.21 feet, thence north 19 degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds east a distance of 420.41 feet back to the point of beginning; all as shown on that certain plat by Merlin J. Tomberlin GA. Reg. Land Surveyor No. 2477, said plat being recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 295, Appling County Records and incorporated hereby by reference as if duly set out herein for descriptive and all other legal purposes. Also conveyed is a nonexclusive perpetual easement, over, through and across the lands of or formerly of T&T Motors, for the purpose of Ingress and Egress to the property above described, and said easement being a strip of land 20 feet wide and being shown and described as that 20 foot access easement on that certain plat, as stated above.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of December, 2009 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia in Deed Book 463 at Page 645.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 15th day of June, 2011, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 4 S. Lee Street, Baxley, GA 31513.
