TAKE NOTICE THAT:
The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Map & Parcel 0125A-016, all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the Third Land District of Appling County, Georgia, consisting of 0.517 acres, more or less, of original Land Lot 474, and being designated as Lot 16, Block A, on a plat by Denean Dixon dated April 9, 1982, and being of record in the Deed Records of Appling County, Georgia, Plat Book 10, Page 264, will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 15th day of June, 2011.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 1st day of December, 2009 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia, in Deed Book 463 at Page 644.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 15th day of June, 2011, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 4 S. Lee Street, Baxley, GA 31513.
