Mr. and Mrs. John McLain and Andy Newsome of Baxley are proud to announce the approaching marriage of their daughter, Haley Marie Newsome, to Dustin Everette Pendarvis, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carson (Johnathan) Pendarvis of Baxley.
The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Atkins of Eastman. She is the paternal granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Earl Newsome of Baxley and the late Mr. and Mrs. John H. McLain of Brunswick.
Haley is a 2007 graduate of Appling County High School and a 2010 graduate of Savannah School of Message Therapy. She is currently employed with Family Health Chiropractic in Brunswick.
The groom-elect is the maternal grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Mills and the late Thomas Black of Baxley. He is the paternal grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carson Pendarvis of Jacksonville, Florida.
Dustin is a 2003 graduate of Appling County High School and a 2010 graduate of Georgia Southern University, with a BS in Biology. He is currently employed with Southern Company of Waynesboro.
The couple will wed on Saturday, June 4 at Red Oak Baptist Church at 4:00 p.m. A reception will follow at the home of Dr. and Mrs. Clay Carter.
