Phyllis and Robert Westberry and the late Jerry “Jabo” Aycock of Surrency would like to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jodi Brooke Aycock, to Daniel Rickey Hunter, son of Rickey and Annette Hunter of Baxley and Allison and Mike Flory of Broxton.
The bride-elect is the maternal granddaughter of the late Ed and Eva White of Hazlehurst and the paternal granddaughter of the late Wade and Onnie Aycock of Surrency.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Appling County High School and a 2010 graduate from Okefenokee Tech School with a master of Cosmetology degree. She is currently employed at Studio 8 in Baxley.
The groom-elect is the maternal grandson of the late John and Brownie McLeary of Baxley and paternal grandson of Donald and Lorene Hunter of Baxley.
The groom-elect is a 2001 honor graduate of Appling County High School and a 2010 graduate from Valdosta State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration-Accounting degree. He was also a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. He is currently employed with CRH Physicians Practices, located in Douglas, as a Certified Medical Coder.
The wedding will take place May 21 at 6:00 in the evening at the Blueberry Plantation in Alma, where the reception will follow. All family and friends are invited to attend. The couple will reside in Baxley.
