We need your input! Please visit the Appling County School System website to complete the Title I and Title II Parent Needs Assessment 2012-2013 from Tuesday, February 19 until Friday, March 1. The results from this survey are used to plan for the upcoming school year based on your family needs, and the survey is a requirement for the schools to receive federal and state funding. The schools include Appling County Middle School, Fourth District Elementary School, Altamaha Elementary School, Appling County Elementary School, Appling County Primary School, and Appling County High School.
It will take less than ten minutes to complete. If you do not have online access, paper copies will be available at the front office of each school. Please complete by Friday, March 1. The directions are as follows:
Step 1: Go to www.appling.k12.ga.us website.
Step 2: Click on Surveys located on the menu at the left side of the page.
Step 3: Click on Title I and Title II A Parent Needs Assessment 2012-2013 in the Spanish or English version and follow the directions.
Step 4: After the survey is complete, click the SUBMIT button.
Step 5: Sign the bottom of the form that will be sent home with your child on Tuesday, February 19 to return to your child’s teacher.
