Dear Editor and to the citizens of Appling County,
What a wonderfully giving and caring county we live and work in! Your outpouring of generosity during this holiday season was astounding! Thanks to all of you who took ornaments from the tree at First National Bank and were willing to give gifts to make someone else’s Christmas merrier.

Our SOURCE staff was able to bring gifts to so many of our clients who are in various stages of need…financial, medical, and psychological. Each one you chose received a gift that fit their need perfectly.
We express their gratitude to you and wish that you could have seen their eyes glow when they opened their gifts. A husband of one of our clients was teary-eyed when his wife received a microwave. He asked, “Why would people do something like this for some one they don’t even know?”
God is so good. Let us continue to share His goodness in any way we can.
