Baxley native sings for Vice President’s Christmas Party

Ron Henry was afforded the honor and pleasure of singing with the HOMEFIRE: American Military Spouses Choir at the home of Vice President Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden at Number One Observatory Circle.

Henry is also a member of the group 4Troops. Four former soldiers have joined forces to honor American veterans and support our servicemen through song. Their stirring album, 4TROOPS, is a collection of covers from “You Raise Me Up” to “Bless the Broken Road” sung with choral enthusiasm and a full backing band. 4Troops has performed on The View, Fox News, ABC Nightline, Good Morning America, CNN, with Paris Hilton, and opened for the New York Yankees, just to name a few!

Henry is the son of Frank and Gloria Gilcrease, and the God-son of Minister Nettie Mae Smith all of Baxley.
