United Way of Appling reaches $60,000.00 goal
The United Way of Appling held its Victory Luncheon on Dec. 5 to celebrate reaching its goal of raising $60,000.00. United Way would like to thank the community for its help in meeting the goal this year.
A special thank you goes to the largest contributor, Southern Company, Plant Hatch and to the second largest contributor, the Appling County School System. All of the money collected in Appling County stays in the county to help those less fortunate in our community.
