Judge E.M. Wilkes, III opened seventeen indictments in Appling County Superior Court on Nov. 20. The following subjects were indicted:
Chandler R. Byrd – 1. Aggravated assault. 2. Aggravated assault. 3. Possession of firearm during commission of a felony. 4. Discharge of gun near highway or street. 5. Reckless conduct.

Anthony Dallas Howard – Child molestation, two counts.

Deon Devonta Sailem – Burglary, 2nd degree.
John David Kersey, Jr. – 1. Aggravated assault. 2. Simple Battery.
Rebecca Leigh Mann – Burglary, 1st degree.
Ryan Earl Williamson – Burglary, 1st degree.
