Rams win Conference Championship
The Appling County Middle School Rams football team defeated the Pierce County Bears 14-6 on Wednesday, October 31 at Jimmy Swain Stadium. With the win the Rams were named Conference Champions and finished the season with a perfect 8-0 record.
Scoring Recap
The Rams were able to get the first score on a 22-yard touchdown run by Keelan Crosby. The two-point conversion was no good to make the score 6-0.
The Bears were able to tie the score at 6-6 on their first score.
The Rams took the lead for good on a 10-yard touchdown run by Crosby. Crosby also added the two-point conversion to make the final score 14-6.
