ACES invites parents to PTO

Do you want to know more about Common Core Performance Standards (CCGPS) and how they affect your student? The Appling County Elementary School faculty and staff cordially invite parents to attend PTO and CCGPS Night on Monday, November 5, at 6:30 p.m. This will be an opportunity for the third, fourth, and fifth grade students and parents to receive information and sample lessons concerning the CCGPS for Math and English/Language Arts.

Light refreshments and childcare will be provided for eight years and under. An interpreter will be available as well. Invitations will be sent home on Tuesday, October 30. Parents will need to complete the bottom portion of the form and return to the student’s homeroom teacher or call 367-8640 to attend. Please come out and take advantage of this opportunity to support your student and school!
