Please take Notice that the right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Map & Parcel 0097B-031, more particularly described as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the Town of Surrency, Appling County, Georgia, being a portion of Land Lot 218, consisting of 2 acres, more or less, more or less, begin Town Lot 80 and being bound as follows: North and West by a paved road; South by lands of Ralph Aldridge; and East by lands of Herman Martin. This being the same property conveyed by Ralph Aldridge to Jammie Kazell Spell by deed dated February 29, 1980, and recorded in the deed records of Appling County, Georgia, Deed Book 189, page 350.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 25th day of November, 2012.
The Tax Deed to which this notice relates is dated November 1, 2011, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia, in Deed Book 482 at Page 489.
