The 4-H Club held its annual recipe contest on Feb. 22. The 4-H MilkMake Recipe Contest is offered to fifth and sixth grade 4-H’ers. Appling County had a total of 88 4-H’ers who turned in a recipe.
The objectives of the contest are to develop skills for utilizing milk creatively and to acquire knowledge of the nutritional value and versatility of milk.
