Twenty-one indicted in Appling Superior
Superior Court Judge Anthony L. Harrison opened indictments August 7 in Appling County Superior Court. There were 21 subjects indicted and they were as follows:
Ricky Beecher – Seven counts theft by taking.
Lonnie Ryan Crosby – Theft by taking.
John Deal Strickland – Burglary in the first degree.
Rayfrid Brice Carpenter – Burglary in the second degree.
Mikel Caleb Perry – Burglary in the first degree.
Derrick Lashon McCain – Aggravated child molestation.
Kenneth Cornelius Ellerbee – Count one: Aggravated assault. Count two: Tampering with evidence.
Robin Nicole Smith – Count one: Aggravated assault. Count two: Tampering with evidence.
Alfred Lee Clemons – Count one: Aggravated assault, Count two: Tampering with evidence.
Herbert Lewis Daniels – Count one: Burglary in the first degree. Count two: Theft by taking.
Keisha Lynn Meeks – Count one: Arson in the first degree. Count two: Criminal trespass.
Chase Michael Howell – Count one: Arson in the first degree. Count two: Criminal trespass.
Chadwick Scott Cauley – Statutory rape.
Brittany Roxanne Marsh – Child molestation.
Andy Leon Ring, Jr. – Child molestation.
Jamal Lashawn Walker – Count one: Burglary. Count two: Hindering emergency telephone call.
Miguel Angel Santos – Count one: Aggravated assault. Count two: Criminal damage to property in first degree. Count three: Driving without a license. Count four: Driving under the influence – less safe.
Chadwick McCall – Count one: V.G.C.S.A. - possession of cocaine. Count two: Obstruction of an officer.
Candace Nichols – V.G.C.S.A. – possession of Xanax, A Schedule IV controlled substance.
Lewis Kyle Freeman – Failure to register as sex offender.
