Rowland family reunion slated for Sept. 1
There will be a Rowland family reunion (of which some relatives are from Appling County) in Hazlehurst at the First United Methodist Church Friendship Hall next to the church Sept. 1.
All descendants of Grandpa Needham Mathew Mcarl Rowland born in 1865 and Grandma Emily Almedia Elizabeth McDaniel born in 1872; also descendents of their children who are M.C., Talmadge, J. W., Maggie Elizabeth, Minnie Lee, Eva Belle, Joe Brown, and Mae Belle, who was born in 1892, and died at four years of age in 1896, are invited.
Please bring pictures of young and old alike to share, a casserole or something good to eat plus yourselves and all the family you’re in contact with.
