Miss Overstreet and Mr. Grieco unite in marriage
Jennifer Dawn Overstreet and Paul Edward Grieco were united in marriage at 6:00 p.m. Friday, June 22, in a private ceremony on Driftwood Beach, Jekyll Island. The Rev. Dr. Bill Young, pastor of First Baptist Church of Blackshear, performed the ceremony.
Mrs. Grieco is the daughter of James W. “Jim” and Kay Lightsey Overstreet of Bristol. Grieco is the son of John Anthony and Patricia Joan Grieco of Savannah.
The bride was adorned in a beautiful, white strapless silk sundress with silver embroidery. She carried a bouquet of white daisies, pink lilies, pink coffee beans, pink baby spray roses, yellow sage, baby’s breath and green bachelor buttons and wore a halo of fresh flowers.
Best men were the groom’s sons, Bennett Paul Grieco and Matthew Brice Grieco. The groom and his best men wore white polo shirts, khaki pants and flip-flops.
The couple had a mini honeymoon at the Jekyll Island Club Hotel and are planning a cruise for their honeymoon.
A reception for the couple will be held at a later date.
The couple will reside in Blackshear.
