Keith Kyle Herrington
Keith Kyle Herrington, 49, died Friday, March 16, 2012 in the Appling HealthCare System. He was born March 15, 1963 in Appling County and had resided here all of his life. Herrington was a retired roofer and had been employed with Stone Roofing. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Myrtle Lee Haynes, Cindy Ann Herrington and Holly Marcine Herrington and brothers, Frank Benton Haynes, Ricky Dean, Terry Lee and John Stanley Herrington. He was the son of the late Ira Lee Herrington and the late Ruby Ophellie Haynes Herrington.
Survivors include three sisters, Pamela Herrington, Melaine Miles and Tansy York, all of Baxley.
Funeral services for Keith Kyle Herrington were held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, March 19 in David E. Miles Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Phillip Osteen and the Rev. Dennis Bryant officiating. Interment followed in Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Don Medders, Wesley Stone, Jeremy Wolfe, Brad Disharoon, Raymond Glass, Curtis Stone, Calvin Brannon and Jackie Brannon.
Musical selections were rendered by Floyd Hunter and Marty Thompson.
Arrangements were under the direction of David E. Miles Funeral Home.
