ACS Relay For Life parade set for March 31
There will be an American Cancer Society Relay for Life parade on March 31. The parade route will start at the Old Junior High School/Earnest Parker Park, to East Allen Street, to North Blvd., to the main light on Highway 341, then to MLK Avenue and ending at the fairgrounds. Line up will be held at 8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. The parade will start at 10:00 a.m.
Activities will include: a farm show at the fairgrounds; a health fair inside the old junior high school; a motorcycle show at the old junior high school; a Krazy Cars Show at the Huddle House parking lot and vendors throughout downtown and the activity site area.
There will be a registration fee for parade entries and vendors. All entry types and vehicles are welcome. All entries must sign a liability disclaimer.
