Weaver has good showing at Daytona

Appling County High School 11th grader Blake Weaver (left) traveled to Daytona, Florida, on March 11 – 12 to participate in Monster Energy’s Ricky Carmichael (right) Amateur Supercross.

The event was held at the Daytona Speedway. Blake placed fourth in the College Boy Age Division (17-24) and fifth in the 250cc(b) Class. He is the son of Lonnie and Camilla Weaver of Baxley.
