The State Board of Education will hold a public hearing for citizens in the First Congressional District on Tuesday, February 28, 2012. The meeting will be held from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Bacon County Board of Education, 102 West 4th Street, Alma, GA 31510.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from citizens and educators regarding public education in the district. Mrs. Linda Zechmann will conduct the hearing.
